ZAGO, the US-based manufacturer of sustainable high-tech sealing solutions, including sealing fasteners and switch seals, has launched a new website.

The platform is designed to meet heightened demand of ZAGO’s self-sealing fasteners and components from engineers, OEMs, and distributors, who are seeking reliable supply chain solutions while protecting and optimising performance of high asset, sophisticated equipment.

As engineers and OEMs accelerate innovation in order to solve pressing societal and environmental issues, like climate change, the need for environmentally sound sealing solutions and components is increasing. ZAGO sealing solutions, with O-ring technology, are built to last and prevent fluids, gases, saltwater, and other contaminants, from either entering high asset machinery or exiting it into the environment – even in extreme weather, temperatures, atmospheres and pressures.

Four features of ZAGO’s new website include:

• ZAGO product builder: With the ZAGO product builder, users can create and submit product specifications online, receive part numbers in ‘real time’ and get a quote from ZAGO within 24 hours.
• Resources: This section contains information designed to help customers make the best possible sealing solution decisions for their application, including the proper material for fasteners and O-rings to dimensional data, clearance hole data and torque and installation instructions.
• Industry solutions: This area is for engineers, OEMs and distributors seeking particular industry certifications or solutions in vertical markets such as aerospace, military and defence, marine, automotive, energy generation and recovery, robotics and drones, electronics and enclosures, commercial lighting or medical devices.
• eBooks: The first installment is ZAGO’s ‘Engineering a Difference’, which explores and shares real world examples of how engineers are successfully addressing environmental and social challenges from a purpose driven perspective.
