Arpel Limited, the UK-based rivet, rivet nut and fastening solutions specialist, has launched a new easy to use product catalogue and e-commerce website to help it deliver a better and more informative customer service.

The first phase of Arpel’s new e-commerce website enables customers to buy small packed rivets, rivet nuts, and also the complete range of structural riveting products online. The site also clearly displays the complete range of pneumatic and hand tools available including those from FAR and Lobster, which are all available from stock.

Arpel says its user-friendly site is viewed as an extension of the sales service it can offer, and the company will continue to take orders over the phone and via email. Customers can also use the site to sign up for the company’s newsletter where they will receive all the latest news and offers from Arpel.

Along with the new website, Arpel has launched an informative product catalogue, in a printed, easy to use format, which includes its extensive stock range of aluminium, steel and stainless steel rivets and rivet nuts, which are available for next day delivery.
