Gala Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd is a one stop solution for anti-vibration and safety fasteners for heavy vibration applications. Offering a wide range of anti-vibration products, including wedge-lock washers, serrated washers, Belleville washers as per DIN 6796 and also disc springs as per DIN 2093 and customised products.
Gala Precision points out that its products are successfully tested and approved for various tests including fatigue, vibration (Junker), clamp, proof load, and various other tests, at premier testing institutes and laboratories such as Siegen, Aachen Universities and IMA Dresden in Germany, UKAS in UK and ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) in India.
The company’s plants are also audited and approved by global leading companies including ABB, Alstom GE, Brembo, Case, Delphi, Dana, Emerson, John Deere, Knorr-Bremse, Tata, Rane TRW, Schneider, Siemens and Valeo.
Gala Precison’s manufacturing facilities are located near Mumbai in India, with over 60% of products exported to more than 25 countries across Europe, Asia and North America. The company also has an office in Germany and a warehouse and office in China.
“Our expertise lies in processing a variety of raw materials such as chrome vanadium steel 50CrV4 and 51CrV4, work hardened stainless steel 301, 304, and 316, Inconel 718 and X750, precipitation hardened steel such as 17/7 PH and other variety of spring steels,” explains Gala.
Gala also has in-house specialisation, and partnerships, for offering surface treatments such as mechanical zinc plating (Cr6 free), phosphating, zinc flake coating (like Geomet®, Delta-tone and Magni), zinc silicate, blackodising, powder and epoxy coating with salt spray life up to 1,000 hours.
To add to this the company also has complete in-house inspection and testing facilities such as counter profile measurement, optical inspection, automatic sorting systems, coating thickness measurement, plus load and fatigue testing. “We are committed to quality products and exercise strict quality control guaranteed by ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 certification.
