Rivit’s CONTROLRIV helps monitor rivet nut and blind rivet assembling operations to avoid mistakes and deactivations, resulting in improved productivity, higher standard of work and reduced waste.
CONTROLRIV can also be connected to riveting tools with the work of the tools monitored in real time, in according to the predetermined settings made by the operator. Other features include a display, easy to understand procedures and a PC interaction program to set-up and control activities in a few steps. Monitoring of the assembling operations is developed by the study of the curves, through piece and batch counters, and work lists. Work monitoring is also supported by stored set batches data and by all check activities, either with positive or negative results.
For what concerns working phases, visual and sound alerts have been designed to highlight the correct or wrong applications, and particularly the lack of air in the latter case.
Finally, the system features a pneumatic valve that turns compressed air on and off, to safely secure the hole, best distinguish the working phases from the configuration ones, and prevent further errors in the event of wrong application results.
