WAFIOS will be focusing on increased productivity in fastener production, with its rotor technology and part transport systems, as well as introducing its new iQ assistants, at this year’s Fastener Fair Global.
At its joint booth with E.W. Menn GmbH & Co KG, WAFIOS Umformtechnik GmbH will be highlighting its rotor technology, which it says is the fastest solution for decades in its double blow machine range, as well as the fastest choice for two die three blow machines.
Another focus of discussion will be the combination of rotor technology with the innovative, patented part transport system PTS, which takes parts straight from the die and right up to any desired location – meaning conveyer belts are no longer needed. Even a direct transport into the feeding rail of any thread rolling machine is possible.
WAFIOS will also be unveiling its new iQ assistants on HC type machines, which help to control and minimise energy consumption, simplify set-up and equip the rotor concept for the future.
