The RADYNE range of vertically loaded bar end, billet heating machines covers a wide range of round and profiled section parts. Typically supplied as two, three or four station machines, with each individually pneumatically operated, the RADYNE range includes rise and fall loading stations – protected with safety interlocks.
The induction heating is provided by the proven TC Range of IGBT power supplies with a frequency range of 0.25kHz – 3kHz and power outputs beyond 3,000kW, which enables the equipment to be used for a wide variety of hot forging and swaging applications.
PLC controlled for full adjustment and control of power output and heating times, the complete machine will be designed and manufactured with all guarding necessary to meet current health and safety regulations.
