Strategic alliance between ENKOTEC and VIBRON

ENKOTEC A/S, the Danish nail machine supplier, has agreed to a cooperation agreement with VIBRON Srl – an Italian manufacturer of nail cleaning systems – ensuring exclusive rights to sell and service VIBRON’s nail cleaning systems worldwide.
ENKOTEC is a supplier of machinery for the manufacture of mass produced nails, as well as customised nail solutions. It is also a supplier of spare parts, service and support to its customers. The ENKOTEC technology is based on the unique rotary forming principle, invented in the early 1980s, which ensures its customers high, uniform quality, high efficiency rates and high capacity.
VIBRON has been supplying cleaning systems to the nail industry for more than 30 years, and has a long established knowledge and expertise in metal cleaning systems. The new strategic cooperation agreement will enable ENKOTEC to supply total in-line nail manufacturing systems from wire to finished nails in a box, thus giving the market a ‘one-stop-shop’ when it comes to nail manufacturing.
This strategic agreement makes the ENKOclean product range available worldwide. The ENKOclean washing and drying system is designed for cleaning nails in an in-line nail manufacturing production or as a standalone unit, with a production speed of up to 2,000 nails per minute. The capacity is depending on the nail size. The system washes by vibrating the nails in a phosphate solution. It also features a vibrating washing machine, vibrating cob dryer and recycling tanks.
