For 42 years SMF Tools has been producing high precision tools for the cold and hot forming industry – specialising in manufacturing complex carbide and steel tooling, and particular in collapsing dies.
Based on its experience SMF Tools is able to offer a support service in the broadest sense to its customers, from the initial concept to the final ‘ready to produce’ (assembled) tooling.
SMF Tools aim is to improve customers’ tool life whilst reaching the lowest cost price per piece. It can do this by combining modern equipment, such as wire and sparkling-EDM machines, CNC lathes, 3 and 5 axle milling machines, as well as using techniques such as CAD/CAM with traditional operations – ensuring that the products go through the most optimal machining processes and produce the highest quality and dimensional accuracy.
