SACMA Group will present all of its innovations, machines, and events it has planned for 2016, at the upcoming wire® show and invites all visitors to its stand to find out more about the exciting projects.
During wire® SACMA will introduce a variety of new models including the combined header models SP48L and SP38SL, as well as the progressive header SP451-EL with extended capabilities. SACMA will also focus on the net shape parts former model SP470-CRM – which makes special parts using new features such as S-Feed wire feeder driven by servomotor; the new S-Panel with the SC-Matic software; the new quick changeover package; and the fully motorised adjustment of the machine. The SP470-CRM also includes a new soundproof enclosure to help reduce noise.
Also at the show, Ingramatic will be showcasing its warm forming line – the RP420-WF30 – which is popular with the aerospace market and other markets that use special materials for making screws and bolts. Ingramatic points out that the RP420-WF30 – is the only fully integrated warm forming roller available on the market.
Ingramatic will also be looking at its new I-Thread model – RP720-R1 – equipped with servomotors for die match adjustment and a CNC double starter unit. The RP720-R1 extends the capacity of the previous model thanks to its new QTC washer assembly unit with a 300mm disc diameter – allowing the assembly of washers up to 0.85mm in external diameter.
Ingramatic will also be talking to visitors about its technology for the future, such as the RP120 and RP220 coming soon in 2016.
“Ingramatic is definitively leading the market with a complete new generation of machines with high-tech solutions designed and made following the best industrial rules.”
SACMA Group will also present the SACMA Training Centre, which is located in SACMA Germany and represents a space where customers can receive personalised training for the use of headers and threaders. Customers will have at their disposal new generation machines, including a SACMA header and an Ingramatic threader.
“SACMA Group personnel will be pleased to welcome visitors at wire 2016 to hall 15 stand F26, to show and explain in detail all the characteristics and technicalities of the whole machine range.”
