wire® stand: 15.A26
National Machinery and its alliance partners SMART Machinery Srl, Nakashimada Engineering Works, Mectron Inspection Engineering, and Drawing Technology (DTI) Inc, will all be present on stand A26 in Hall 15 at the upcoming 2018 wire Düsseldorf show – providing a full product range for the metal forming industry.
This year the focus of National Machinery’s booth will be its Industry 4.0 command centre. This dedicated smart factory station will be equipped with live feeds to off-site and in-booth FORMAX® and SMART threading machines. Customers can view live data from a machine in production to see how that information can be transmitted to other personnel, increasing efficiency and helping to create a ‘smart’ factory. The display will show how useful information from the cold formers and threaders can be easily accessed, displayed and utilised.
Representatives from National’s ‘Customer Support Services’ will be available to explain the company’s thorough rebuilding process; machine evaluation packages with beneficial trending data; and detail National’s extensive inventory with fast global delivery of spare parts.
National Machinery’s dedicated process development technology division, Met-MAX Innovations, will be present to inform guests about the newest technology and applications for net-shape part forming.
SMART Machinery experts will be performing live demonstrations on three different models of SMART machines. The NGXL flat die thread roller, the NP14 pointer, and the RNG rotary thread rolling machine, will all be threading and pointing parts utilising SMART’s patented direct drive and servo driven systems.
Nakashimada will also present its newest 2-die 3-blow parts former, model XP6. The all new advanced 2D3B XP6 delivers a superior cutoff-surface with a new squaring device, while the quick change punch cassette, and modular jig, also drastically improve changeover time.
Other equipment featured on the booth will include Mectron’s Qualifier Q-5000 series, a RCD-9500 eddy current crack detection system and a Surface Qualifier 7500 (SQ-7500) on display. Plus DTi will display a standalone wire drawer, model 4325-120TSHC.
“Experts from National Machinery, SMART, Nakashimada, Mectron and DTI will be available to answer any questions and help visitors determine the best machine and technology to suite their specific part application needs.”
