National Machinery to represent Nakashimada 01 March 2016

Nakashimada Engineering Works Ltd and National Machinery Europe (NME) have jointly announced that NME will partner with Nakashimada as its agent for machine sales and customer service in Germany, the UK, Scandinavia, Belgium, Ireland and other select countries primarily in eastern Europe.

The agency agreement with NME for Nakashimada products and services encompasses quotations and sales of new machines, spare parts, field service, as well as rebuilds. Sales assistance and representation for new machines commences immediately. At a later date in 2016 to be determined, field service and spare parts fulfilment will be initiated by NME out of National Machinery’s European headquarters facility in Nürnberg, Germany. NME personnel will be trained to handle customer service related to spare parts and field service. The plan is to have storage of certain Nakashimada spare parts inventory at NME in Nürnberg in order to provide timely services to customers. 

Nakashimada will continue to be a Japanese technician in Germany, which in the future will be domiciled at NME’s facility in Nürnberg and will supervise the training of NME service personnel. At this time, until further notice of full transition of Nakashimada customer service to NME personnel, Ms Narumi Fukui should be contacted.
