Starting from January 2023 Manassero has been appointed as the new National Machinery exclusive agent for Spain and Portugal.
Active since 1990, Italian-based Manassero supplies both new and used quality fastener machines. In its two warehouses, it has a total space of 3,000m2 and over 200 used machines – with a new SMART thread roller soon to be on display. “This will allow a first approach with SMART technology for all our visitors,” explains Marco Manassero, owner at Manassero & C Srl. “A more detailed look is always possible for the interested parties as Tortona, where SMART is based, is just over one hour driving distance, so absolutely convenient.”
Marco continues: “National Machinery has always been the leading company in cold and warm forming machines and was one of the first manufacturers to introduce linear feed, quick change and so many other innovative features, which competitors have tried to adopt over the years.”
National Machinery offers a wide range of machines and capabilities, including a whole line of FORMAX® headers up to 7 dies, featuring up to 34mm cut-off and also with extra long kickout strokes; as well as ball and roller headers, microformers, SMART thread rollers and pointers, plus rebuilding services.
Manassero has an extensive knowledge particularly of the European market and, with National, may now offer many more solutions on new machines, as well as being able to trade back used machines against the purchase of a new machine. “We can also offer a replacement machine while waiting for the delivery of a new National,” mentions Marco. “Plus, we provide advice on rebuilding, ways of shipping, tooling, machine evaluation and so many other aspects involved in cold forming. Language won’t be an obstacle as in addition to Italian we speak fluent English, Spanish, German, French and Russian.”
In addition to being an agent for National Machinery, Manassero also represents Nakashimada and RMG in several European countries.
