CAN-ENG Furnaces International Ltd has recently commissioned two 8,000lb/hr roller hearth furnace systems – used to reheat flat stock for hot forming.
CAN-ENG’s furnaces were selected to replace existing equipment as part of a plant modernisation initiative for a global supplier of agricultural ground engaging solutions, with an emphasis on improving efficiency, increasing product quality and reducing downtime.
The furnaces are part of a fully automated system and offer a reduction in energy consumption and floor space, while improving product flow and maintaining high-throughput requirements.
CAN-ENG’s modern roller hearth furnace systems can also help with the reduction of the overall system footprint, energy consumption and maintenance requirements while increasing product quality.
