As always, ENKOTEC A/S will be presenting the latest news within nail production technology at the wire® show in Düsseldorf. This year, visitors will be able to see two running nail manufacturing lines – one of them equipped with new data surveillance features. ENKOTEC will also focus on its extensive service offerings, which now includes new digital services.
ENKOserv – for best performance
ENKOTEC will have reserved areas on its booth, where staff can show visitors how the company can offer help with ensuring high nail production efficiency. The services currently being developed include a digital technical service manual; online spare parts ordering; sensor-based process monitoring; data collect and data analysis for improved OEE; and management training for best performance.
ENKOTEC will also be exhibiting one of its high-speed rotary nail manufacturing machines of the ENKOnail+ series, the NI02, which will be producing head marked nails during the show. The machine includes a PLC control system and data surveillance features for improved production efficiency.
Also on display will be the highly efficient plastic stick collator, type CPS01, running with a strip handler, type PSC01, both engineered and built by BAUSSMANN. The collating machine is intended for making plastic collated strip nails, using servo-drive technology in all processes.
Visitors to ENKOTEC’s stand will also be able to find out information about the number of new highly efficient machines that are getting ready for launch. These include the ENKOnail+ machine, type NS02, which produces 2,000 nails/min, and nails down to 25mm; the ENKOpack nail counter packaging machine, type NCP03; the ENKOclean washing system, type KSN01; and the ENKOllator plastic coil collator, type CPC01, with a capability of 1,500 nails/min.
