In the induction heating systems field, CEIA SpA (Costruzioni Elettroniche Industriali Automatismi) has been producing high and medium frequency generators – with very high energetic efficiency and minimum running costs – for more than 30 years.

Thanks to its considerable experience in the field, and continuous and accurate technological research, CEIA provides a very high-quality and safe product, both for power issuing and process control.
The new range of generators – Power Cube SA/80 (from 25kW to 100kW of power) – provide customers' with maximum operation flexibility and high energy efficiency. Thanks to specific microprocessor control software, the generators can immediately adapt to the variations of working load by automatically modifying the coupling internal circuit and maximising the energy transferred to the piece being heated.
In addition to the power, CEIA has also introduced a Master Controller V3+ control unit and the new compact optical SH15/SLE pyrometers. The control unit can be completely programmed by the customer according to operating needs. The SLE pyrometers – calibrated and certified according to the International Standard Reference – can cover a reading range between 80°C and 2,200°C. The control unit is furthermore equipped with a data log and web server integrated system that can store data for an appropriate quality control of the process.

The combination of power and control maximises the usage advantages of a CEIA induction heating system, enabling a close loop management and control of the output power of the generator – with a maximum adjusting time of 0.5 milliseconds.
