Teudeloff has been manufacturing tools for screw production and cold forming for over 25 years. The company is now offering 3D printing for prototypes, as well as a renewed website, in order to showcase its capabilities to customers.

Now fully compatible with mobile devices, the responsiveness of Teudeloff’s new site played an important role in the update. “The main focus is the improved customer experience,” commented Ester Redondo, managing director at Teudeloff GmbH & Co KG. “It is important that the new website shows our whole product portfolio and our services. Regardless of whether the visitor is a customer, partner, or prospective customer, they get a detailed overview of the core competencies and the wide range of products and services that Teudeloff offers.”

This wide range of services includes the newly launched 3D printing offering for various types of metals. Teudeloff is now able to support its customers in 3D printing for prototypes, projects, and series, enabling the company to serve valued customers in more than 30 countries worldwide. 

Established in 1994, the key competences of Teudeloff, together with its production – Tooling International Limited (TIL), lie in recess tooling such as punches and pins for fasteners. This includes all geometries, as well as TORX^®, TorxPlus^®, six lobe, Pozi^®, Phillips^®, hexagonal, 12-Point/multiteeth, bihexagonal, or specials according to drawing.

Teudeloff is also able to develop and optimise the tool life, reduce tool costs, improve productivity in production, as well as guarantee tool supply. “We have the biggest TORX stock in Europe, with almost all sizes and penetration depths – in various materials and coatings, including our top quality CodeT® – available from stock,” states Teudeloff.
