Since 1973 INOXDADI Srl has been an important Italian producer and distributor of stainless steel nuts, bolts, threaded bar, washers and a selection of other fasteners.
INOXDADI was initially established to produce stainless steel nuts and embraced turning production. “This was very successful for us,” explains Giulio Gandioli, general manager at INOXDADI. “That was until Asian manufacturers entered the market, which resulted in the prices lowering to a level that was impossible for European producers to match. That is when we decided to shift our production capabilities to focus on niche products in special steels and nickel alloys – with small batch sizes. By using cold forming we can produce niche products such as left thread nuts, with fine pitches, in metric and imperial sizes.”
INOXDADI’s decision to changes its product focus enabled it to continue to grow into the business it is today – reaching significant production levels for a wide variety of products in stainless steel, as well as high strength nickel, titanium, aluminium, brass, copper and bronze alloys. “Creating a stock of these special materials has affirmed our position on a European and international level,” mentions Giulio. “Thanks to our versatile and responsive production capabilities we can supply high-quality products quickly – at prices that compete with other European producers. We can also offer complete traceability of production batches.”
Giulio adds: “Innovation of our machinery and our processes is also very important, which is why every year we reserve a considerable part of our profits to invest in future innovations and developments.”
Concentrating on product quality and the flexibility of its manufacturing operations, as well as supplementary services associated with sales, are key factors for INOXDADI in its plans for future growth. “Versatility, flexibility and a high-level of technical competence are characteristics typical of Italian companies,” states Giulio. “As a business we need to continue researching new materials to meet the demands of an industry that is becoming increasingly specialised. We also need to recognise the opportunities available in a market that is continuously progressing – so that we can supply a timely, high precision service of the highest quality products.”
