Through strong sales, strong purchasing, structured processes and a robust focus on quality, Fuchs+Sanders is able to supply high-quality screws, fasteners and solutions that meet the requirements of customers in various industries.
With an extensive range of over 65,000 readily available products, Fuchs + Sanders Schrauben-Großhandels-GmbH + Co KG offers DIN and standard parts, special and drawing parts, blind rivet technology, anchors and heavy-duty fasteners, wood connectors, chemical products, speciality products for bonding, sealing and protecting, as well as a wide spectrum of products from renowned brand manufacturers, such as Lindapter. A recent addition to its wide range is HV safety sleeves, after noticing a trend in the industry demanding solutions to make construction easier.
“One of the main markets we serve is the steel construction industry. As a reliable partner, it is so important to actively communicate with customers about where trends in their markets are going. It is our job as a trustworthy fastener supplier to react to these trends and stock fasteners accordingly. We have also recently grown in the automotive, wind power and other industries because of the high-quality of our product range,” comments the company.
To guarantee the highest quality, Fuchs+Sanders places great emphasis on self-monitoring and continuous improvement. Internally, the company focuses on a consistent improvement process with training and development programmes and an in-house testing laboratory, while externally managing its suppliers and conducting audits to ensure quality standards are met.
The quality department also receives continuous investment, including new testing machines, as well as new experienced technical staff such as Valerij Schram, who joined the company at the beginning of 2024 as technical sales manager.
“At Fuchs+Sanders quality takes centre stage, along with customer satisfaction, which is why we work very closely with both our suppliers and customers. It is important to us that our customers not only get the right products but also know how to use them, so our technical team regularly conduct training courses to educate where fasteners can be used,” explains Fuchs+Sanders.
Through close cooperation with customers and suppliers, Fuchs+Sanders is also able to support the drawing of new parts and act as a system supplier for its customers. The company explains: “Every customer has their own requirements and that is why we work hard to accommodate all customer needs. This is made possible with a strong team of 100 sales staff who can respond quickly to our customers.”
Orders can be made via a webshop, FuSa-scan, EDI, Kanban, framework agreement, project-related, or by telephone or email, with same day despatch on those placed before 3pm.
Commitment to sustainability
The company’s DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification reaffirms its commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. “We recognise our responsibility to future generations and, as a result, systematically incorporate environmental aspects, such as sustainability, into our business decisions – including two photovoltaic systems that cover 33% of our electricity consumption,” mentions Fuchs+Sanders.
The company concludes: “Our plans for the future are very big and we want to continue to grow and win new customers and projects worldwide.”
