Founded in 1953 Colombo Ezio & C Srl is a well established Italian manufacturer of a wide range of standard and special parts, which are used in many sectors around the world.
Whilst the years and the generations have passed, the principles that have pushed Colombo Ezio since the very beginning have remained unchanged. “As a business we have always been driven by continuous improvement; investing in the company and its people; as well as looking to meet the ever changing needs of the market with high-quality products,” explains Emanuele Oliva, plant manager at Colombo Ezio. “This has enabled us to grow our experience, as well as develop our production capabilities, so we can provide the perfect solutions for customers.”
Colombo Ezio’s commitment to continuous improvement is underlined by its investment in its computer systems and machinery, which will enable it to meet the ever changing demands of its customers. “Ensuring that you have control over your business’ processes helps to guarantee an efficient and reliable service – which is crucial when providing the highest quality products,” states Emanuele.
Colombo Ezio manufactures a wide range of products including nuts, lock nuts, cage nuts, clamps, fasteners, and a selection of components for industries including automotive, agriculture, motor transmissions, marine, textile machinery, and lifting components. The company is also ISO 9001:2008 certified and works towards a zero waste target.
“Our mission is to produce bushes, nuts, fasteners – whether standard or customised – and deliver them to the market in the most flexible and timely fashion,” states Emanuele. “We also guarantee to deliver products of the highest quality, as well as to the specified requirements and design. We are aware that the success and the development of the business depend on our capability to satisfy customers’ needs.”
Another key part of Colombo Ezio is its experienced and organised team, which is always ready to seize opportunities in the market. “There are many loyal customers who rely on our experience to find answers to their technical questions,” explains Emanuele. “Thanks to our knowledgeable staff, we are able to work with these customers on projects and suggest products that will offer real benefits. We have found that this is the best business card for acquiring new customers, as they know they can rely on you to help.”
Emanuele concludes: “As a company we are proactive in looking forward at what is ahead in relation to the market and the technology that will be available. We are focusing on increasing our business in the long-term and to invest strategically in order to improve our service. We want to get the perfect balance between quality, flexibility, service and improvement. By doing this we can ensure that we offer a high-quality product at the most effective price.”
