Founded in 1921, REISSER has developed into a specialist in fastening and connection elements with its own 39,000m2 facility based in Ingelfingen-Criesbach, which also houses an in-house electroplating department – enabling the company to offer coating solutions for components in a wide variety of industries.
Michael Dartsch, CEO at REISSER-Schraubentechnik GmbH, explains: “Our production site in Germany offers a quality that is valued worldwide. ‘Made
in Germany’ means many years of experience from our specialists, as well as modern machines, and systems, that ensure high efficiency and constant innovation.”
REISSER currently supplies a variety of markets such as the roof, wall, solar, rear ventilated façades, retail, as well as wood construction industries. “During the uncertainty of the past two years the construction industry has had no lack of orders or demands –
if anything it’s the opposite. We’re therefore looking to build-up more capacity with machines and manpower – so we can continue to ensure the availability of our products and be able to supply them in a suitable timeframe that customers have come to expect from REISSER.”
The company is also looking to analyse its core markets and look at the different applications its products can be used. “Open communication with customers and suppliers is paramount,” comments Julian Oppermann, head of sales at
REISSER. “We try to be very involved in the development process and work together with our customers in every single step. German engineering is about always being in competition with yourselves to constantly improve.”
“As more customers look to the European fastener market to have certainty for their supply chain – they know ‘Made in Germany’ stands for a quality product and a highly developed fastener.”
