Spiralspecialisten AB, a subsidiary of the Lesjöfors Group, has acquired the spring operations of Swedish company Spiros AB – a spring manufacturer with more than 90 years in the business.
The acquisition will strengthen the business and service of Spiralspecialisten as well as giving Spiros’ customers access to a whole new product range within the Lesjöfors Group. Spiros AB is a manufacturer of wire and strip steel components such as tension springs, compression springs and torsion springs. By joining forces with Spiralspecialisten, and the Lesjöfors Group, Spiros will significantly reinforce the business and customers will gain access to the entire product range and services of the Lesjöfors companies operating in Scandinavia, central Europe, UK, Asia, United States and Mexico.
