Optimas Solutions has today announced the opening of its new European headquarters in Hambach, France, relocating from its facility n Sarreguemines, France, to a brand-new, bespoke distribution hub. This strategic decision enhances Optimas’ investment in Europe while strengthening supply chain security and operational efficiency.
Optimas’ new facility has a 6,000m² warehouse that can hold up to 9,500 pallets and 1,500m² of modern office space. Hambach is home to over 70 Optimas employees for sourcing, supply chain, engineering, quality, sales and operations teams, as well as a dedicated team providing products and services to the tunnel industry.
The new facility is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accredited and supplies leading OEMs and tiers across many industries, including automotive, agriculture, heavy-duty truck, semiconductor capital equipment, tunnel infrastructure and more.
Opening the facility was also a chance to celebrate Optimas’ 10 year anniversary since its inception in 2015. The day provided an opportunity for local dignitaries to explore the facility on a guided tour and celebrate the occasion with staff.

The opening of the new facility is a landmark day for Optimas, as confirmed by David Kessler, Optimas vice-president – Europe, who says: “I’m delighted to open the state of the art facility alongside our talented team. Moving from Sarreguemines to Hambach was a complex operation. Martyn Johnson, Optimas international vice-president – operations, adds: “The team accomplished this move in under six weeks with no disruption to customer operations. It reflects Optimas’ exceptional operational standards and the ability to execute efficiently.”
