Further to the announcement of Lesjӧfors' 51% purchase of the shares in Indian-based International Industrial Springs, Lesjӧfors has now completed the transaction – marking its first acquisition in India.

Additionally, IIS also offers hot coiling capabilities, expanding from Lesjӧfors’ existing 65mm wire diameter manufacture to 80mm, opening new markets and opportunities for the heavy spring market.”
