Boka Bolt Supplies, a well established UK distributor of fasteners and fixings, has been acquired by Manchester-based sector specialist Garton Ltd.
Garton Ltd is a manufacturer and distributor of specialist fasteners with three divisions – a UK stockist division, manufacturing operation, and import-export specialist division. Established in 1992, Boka Bolt Supplies is a single source of supply for a large range of products, both general and non-standard, to a diverse range of sectors including power generation, mechanical engineering and automotive.
Boka Bolt Supplies brings a well established client base and opportunities to cross-sell products to the combined client base, further strengthening Garton’s position in the market. The acquisition also presents an opportunity to make efficiencies and shorten lead times for customers.
