The European Commission published notice 2017/C 5/02 in the EU Official Journal on Saturday 7th January confirming the expiry of two regulations applying anti-dumping tariffs to certain stainless steel fasteners originating in China, Taiwan and the Philippines.
Regulations 2/2012 and 205/2013 expired at midnight on 8th January 2017. The notice confirms that a duly substantiated request for an expiry review was not received within the required deadline.
