Stafa Group has announced that after 22 years with the company, director and co-owner Ivo van Gool has left the company. Stafa will continue to be run by Joep van Gool (Ivo’s brother) and Pim van Leeuwen, both already board members, to ensure continuity and that Stafa remains a trusted family business.
Ivo van Gool started at Stafa in 1998 when he was only 19 years old. “At that time I started as a production planner and a few years later I started in the commercial department as a salesman for French-speaking customers,” points out Ivo. “I am thankful for the opportunities I was given and that I was able to develop myself and learn a lot.”
Ivo continues: “I would like to thank my brother Joep and Pim for their patience over the past period and a special thanks to all the great colleagues - without you there is no Stafa. I am going to miss the 'Stafa family' very much and this wonderful family business is in my heart forever. It has been a very difficult decision but the only right one; a new path awaits me. I will use the coming period to give all this a place and to further shape my new direction.”
