Böllhoff Group has told media in the Bielefeld area, where it is headquartered in Germany, that it has committed €7 million to completely renovate its former administrative building on Disburser Strasse, which has not been used by the company for 20 years.
Phase 1 will be completed by mid 2018, with the whole project finished by the end of that year. The new facility will accommodate metal fastener production, which will be moved from the Archimedesstrasse site, releasing space to expand plastics production. Böllhoff currently employs around 1,000 people at Bielefeld.
