Böllhoff boosts European presence with Unifast acquisition 22 February 2016

Böllhoff Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Unifast Srl, an Italian manufacturer and distributor of fastening technologies. In turn, Böllhoff UK has acquired Unifast Fastening Systems Ltd, a subsidiary company of Unifast based in Hampshire, UK.

Established in 1985, Unifast is a family run company employing 50 staff. The company designs, manufactures and distributes fastening technologies for the industrial and automotive sectors. The acquisition will expand Böllhoff’s business in the Italian automotive market, whereas Böllhoff will deliver Unifast proprietary technologies worldwide through the international network of the Böllhoff Group.
