Ahlsell Sverige AB has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Inseco AB, a provider of industrial fastening products and services for the engineering industry, as well as the power and energy sectors.
Through this acquisition, Ahlsell is strengthening its offering in industrial fastening, gaining increased expertise, a broader product range, various VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) solutions and enhanced availability in a new geographic area.
Additionally, Ahlsell expands its market position and can offer an even more comprehensive service in fastening to industrial customers.
Inseco AB has twelve employees and generates an annual revenue of approximately SEK 50 million (€4.3 million). The company is based in Söderhamn, Sweden.
