The Agrati Group announced that on 18th October it established ‘Agrati Japan Limited’, a limited liability company under Japanese law, based in Yohohamashi, Kanagawa.
The opening of the new headquarters, where technical and commercial employees will initially work, is aimed at acquiring increased market shares from Japanese car and component manufacturers.
Agrati, which is recognised as a leader in the design and production of fastening systems for the automotive sector, says the move continues its strategy of “proximity, support and customer loyalty”.
The Agrati Group was established in 1939 and is controlled by a family holding company, the main shareholder of which is Cesare Agrati. It employs more than 2,500 people in twelve production facilities, twelve sales and application offices, and five logistic centres in Europe, the United States and China.
