VIPA will soon have a new warehouse 30 January 2019

VIPA is once again expanding its facility with another efficient automated warehouse, so that it can become faster and more efficient, as well as provide a wider range of products and a higher level of service.

VIPA SpA is currently construction a new building next door, that will allow an extra storage of a further 30,000 pallets in five automated robot isles – dedicated to the just in time material preparation. The goal is to prepare all orders within the eight hours from time of arrival and to ship worldwide within 24 hours.

The improved technical features of the new stock, and upgrade of the already existing warehouses, will also lower the margins of errors due to more precise sophisticated machinery. VIPA will have a totally automated 24hr system.

These are the elements on which VIPA supplies fasteners (nuts, bolts and screws). The result is a wide range of solutions for over 65,000 product varieties including high-tensile strength, low tensile strength and precious materials.

VIPA is also able to carry out all necessary tests to guarantee the quality of the products, according to the certified and known norms. The company is also certified as a producer for structural bolts according to EN 15048-2007 standards for which it’s expanding its range and availability for prompt delivery in zinc plated and HDG. Another construction product recently released was carpentry screws according to EN 14399 in HV kits. The catalogue includes all the sizes of hex head bolts plain and galvanised from M12 to M36. The core business mostly available in the 8.8 standard metric bolt classes, have a very interesting range from M2.5 up to M56 in all the various lengths; larger sizes can be manufactured upon demand.
