Imanpack will be presenting its wide range of weighing, packaging and boxing systems for the hardware and kit industry, including its CMF5 counting modules, during Fastener Fair Italy on 30th November – 1st December.
Imanpack’s counting modules are suitable for the counting of screws, nails, rivets and other hardware in a
pre-set quantity. The CMF5 module is specific for flat products and features a photoelectric light barrier to count products, a motorised transport belt with different speeds and a container with two adjustments for product selection. Built according to CE regulations, the CMF5 is also easily connectable to conveyors, scales and wrappers.
Imanpack Packaging & Eco Solutions SpA will also showcase the MICROPACK PRO 200P, a rotary flow wrapper suitable for wrapping solid products using heat sealing or polyethylene film, as well as its belt checkweigher which is a microprocessor type weight check module which automatically rejects packages that do not conform with the set required weight. The belt checkweigher is for positioning at the output section of packaging machines.
