With warehouse and distribution locations in Germany, UK and Portugal, as well as a trade office and quality laboratory in China, Fastbolt ensures close proximity to its customers and a permanent presence in the ever changing and growing Asian supply markets. The company’s efficient and flexible material flow ensures product delivery in standardised and harmonised FB packaging to customers all over Europe with the three warehouses supplying product packed in ‘FB boxes’. As well as this, customers’ individual boxes and labels can also be provided on request supported by in-house packaging lines. 

To further aid its customers, Fastbolt’s in-house developed eCommerce solution FBonline enables customers to check ‘real time’ stock availability, as well as customer individual and quantity-based dynamic prices. Added to a wide range of additional information and services, as well as technical support, FBonline provides a multilingual, including Italian, user interface enabling customers to enquire digitally, negotiate prices directly with the system, place orders online, keep track of order statuses and deliveries and view packing lists, delivery notes and invoices at any time.
