Fastener Fair Italy wins strong industry support 16 March 2016

Thanks to a very positive response from the industry, the first Fastener Fair Italy is almost sold out. By mid-February only a limited number of stands remained unallocated at the show, which takes place at MiCo – Milano Congressi in Milan, Italy, on 28th – 29th September 2016.

More than 130 companies from 11 countries have said they will be participating at the event. Italy’s fastener and fixing industry will be especially well represented, with around 100 leading companies exhibiting. France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom will be among other countries featured on the list of exhibitors.  

The diversity of products to be displayed at Fastener Fair Italy is underlined by some of the companies that have most recently decided to take a stand at the show. Among them is ARaymond, which will be showcasing its leadership in the automotive industry for the supply of fastening solutions for powertrain, chassis, car body, and electrical and mechatronic applications.
Other companies include Italian-based Giacomo Martinelli Srl, which will profile its expertise in the rolling field – offering processing of customers’ products, as well as sales of its own manufacturing output. The company is able to serve numerous sectors including automotive, aerospace, commercial and industrial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction, hydraulics, power transmission lines and household appliances.
Another Italian company that will be exhibiting is Romeo Cobalchini Srl, which will be displaying its grease nipples manufactured to UNI and DIN norms, plus lubrication components and accessories – such as spring plungers, oil relief screws and grease relief valves.
Inovan GmbH & Co KG has also recently booked a stand. Its product range includes ISO standardised coiled spring pins, slotted pins, tubular products and special parts. In the construction fixings sector, Mungo Srl, an Italian subsidiary of the Swiss company Mungo Befestigungstechnik AG, will present its range of mungo® fastening systems. Spanish company Chavesbao, a distributor of industrial screws and fixing systems, will also be exhibiting.
Among companies targeting fastener manufacturers will be Carbodies Srl , which produces high precision cold forging tools for producers of screws and bolts; Dimac Srl will feature its range of inspection and sorting machines; while Heroslam SAL will profile its specialisation in the design and manufacture of thread rolling tools for manufacturers of screws, nails and fasteners – mainly for the aerospace and automotive industries. Also, Tecnologic 3® Srl will be showcasing its innovative products and systems for locking threaded parts used in sectors that include automotive, electronics and electrical appliances.
Modular high-quality inspection systems that can be equipped with vision systems, mechanical recess control, 360° profile check, eddy current crack detection, hardness control, and other special applications, will be exhibited by REGG Inspection Srl.
The companies that have most recently decided to take part in Fastener Fair Italy will be joining plenty of other familiar names at the show. Among them are leading companies active in fastener products distribution including ACTON SAS, Ambrovit SpA, Fastbolt GmbH, Fixi Srl, Gandini SpA, Lancaster Fastener Co Ltd and Lederer GmbH. Specialist manufacturers present will include Bralo, HEICO Italia, INOX-VITI®, Nord-Lock International, Schnorr Italia and TTAP® Drive.
In the manufacturing technology sector exhibitors will include hot forming specialist Carlo Salvi SpA, cold and hot forming machinery supplier SACMA Group. Also, Atotech Italia, Keyence Italia, MDM Special Tools and Prüftechnik will be exhibiting.
