Dell’Era Ermanno e Filgio will once again be present at Fastener Fair Stuttgart, as the company believes it is one of the most important European events for the fastener and fixing industry.
Since 2007, Dell’Era has exhibited at Fastener Fair Stuttgart, and this year the company will be showing its SEM screws (parts with captive washers), which are becoming more and more important in Dell’Era’s range of production. Also at the show, Dell’Era will focus on its new management system organisation, which has been certified by IATF 16949, as well as its wide range of various special and standard parts in metric thread from M2.5 up to M10 diameter.
Dell’Era has also recently finished the integration of production sensor and machine monitoring from Schwer + Kopka for Industry 4.0. This efficient management of energy consumption and production data on cold forming machines has created a smarter, faster and flexible production plant.
“For us, Fastener Fair Stuttgart is a chance to meet our customers from all over Europe, as well as to find new partnerships with customers and suppliers. It is an important meeting point to exchange ideas and plan new projects for future,” comments Dell’Era. “The European economy seems not as good as it has been in recent years – especially the automotive sector, which looks in serious difficulty due to several different factors. 2018 was characterised by a bizarre trend in which fasteners industries were performing with very good results in the first two quarters and unexpectedly they lost all the advantage during the last quarter. Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2019 will be a good opportunity to understand what is happening in the market.”
