Since 1979 titibi® hardened steel nails have been an Italian quality product. Originally produced under the name Trafilerie Chioderie Torre de Busi SAS, it was only in January 2018 that this fourth generation family company changed its name to the brand it is recognised for – titibi®.
To date, the company is able to produce hardened steel nails of the highest quality, reaching hardness of up to 57 HRC – 58 HRC, ensuring at the same time the highest safety standards. All products are also able to bend over 90° without breaking, which titibi points out is very difficult to achieve with these levels of hardness.
To guarantee this top of the range quality, titibi conducts endless research on the latest innovative technological processes, as well as ensuring the accurate in-line heat treatment and the constant monitoring of mechanical features of the finished products.
Customers can also enjoy the high production flexibility of titibi, which is able to meet the multiple requests for customising products or creating special nails by draft. titibi’s production flexibility is due to the fact that its machines have been designed and manufactured or modified internally.
