We all want safe, reliable products but with so many options on the market it can become a difficult experience choosing the right one. fischer designs chemical fixing products with the main purpose of supplying the customer with premium quality, technically advanced fixing solutions, which have been rigorously tested and comply to stringent European Technical Assessments (ETA) standards, as well as being CE marked.
A key product in fischer’s range is FIS V – an injection mortar system – which, along with its ETA Option 1 approval (ETA – 02/0024), has received an award from the general building authority for masonry; a certificate of fire behaviour; as well as a European Technical Approval for masonry (ETA – 10/0383). The multipurpose injection system works with both dry and wet concrete and has a shelf life of eighteen months, which gives it another positive feature against its competition.
One of many unique selling points within the FIS V range is its short curing time of just 30 minutes (FIS VW), which in turn reduces the installation period and therefore saves time and money. The FIS V system can work in conditions down to -5ºC and up to 40ºC, with a safe working application range from -40ºC to 120ºC. The versatility of the product enables installation in any weather conditions and in multiple substrates – ensuring finishing on time as well as feeling confident that the job that has been carried out safely. There is also a wide range of accessories available to go with the FIS V range.
fischer points out that the uniqueness and success of the product has enabled it to achieve the long awaited requirement of not only fixing in concrete but having the ability to be used for all applications including cracked concrete, aerated concrete, as well as solid and hollow masonry.
“Engineers and builders dream of a product that has multiple uses that can transform their working life into something extraordinary. Lucky for them FIS V has become one of the most universal products in the fischer range due to its impressive multipurpose injection system.”
