One of the most important product lines for G&B Fissaggi is its bonded anchors, with its formulations of vinylester, polyester and pure epoxy resins all receiving ETAs. Two key products in G&B Fissaggi’s range include GEBOFIX PRO VE-SF CE1 vinylester resin styrene-free, and MA GREEN PLUS CE Option 7, polyester resin styrene-free.
GEBOFIX PRO VE-SF CE1 is a vinylester styrene-free high performance bonded anchor with ETA Option 1 approval (ETA – 09/0407) for cracked and non-cracked concrete. It is available in 300ml, 345ml and 410ml cartridges and is suitable for the main construction supports – stone, concrete, aerated concrete, solid and hollow bricks. It can also be used in applications with threaded bars and reinforced bars, as well as wood and metal carpentry, fixing of façades, railings, pipe connections, and profiles.
GEBOFIX PRO VE-SF CE1 has very high chemical resistance and there is no expansion effect during installation, which allows fixing close to the edge of applications. It also has F120 fire resistance certification.
MA GREEN PLUS CE is a polyester styrene-free bonded anchor that has an ETA Option 7 approval (ETA – 11/0445) for non-cracked concrete, as well as being suitable for masonry. Granting high loading values, MA GREEN PLUS CE has been designed for use on main construction materials, such as solid supports – used with galvanised steel, as well as stainless steel accessories. It can also be used on semisolid supports – used with steel perforated sleeve and polypropylene brush.
Available in 300ml, 345ml and 410ml cartridges, MA GREEN PLUS CE is also suitable as a repair resin or adhesive resin for concrete components.
In addition to its bonded anchors, G&B Fissaggi also supplies a range of leading structural fixings, including its SITA steel throughbolt anchor, which is available with different ETAs.
The SITA CE 1 has ETA Option 1 approval (ETA – 10/0076) for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete supports, and has a longer and larger expansion clip – made up of three sectors – to enable high pull-out values. It is available in galvanised, stainless steel and hot dip galvanised versions and is F120 fire resistant certified.
SITA CE 7 has ETA Option 7 approval (ETA – 12/0594) approved for non-cracked concrete (M6 – M20). It has an extra long multi-expansion clip and features two depth installation marks on the long threaded body for quick and easy installation – requiring minimum insertion effort.
