SKAKO lifts, controls… packs 09 April 2020

Furnace feeding systems are a very important part of many industrial processes – and SKAKO Vibration is known for its many key applications.

These applications include the full automatic and weight guaranteed feeding of belt, annealing and tempering furnaces. Others include discharge of industrial washing and drying machines, as well as feeding and discharge of industrial electroplating and surface treatment lines.

A fully automatic, absolutely constant and equable furnace feeding of all kind of bulk material will be guaranteed through the permanent PLC operator control, with constant target/actual capacity comparison and automatic supervision of the feeding flow of SKAKO’s FVE-feeder and CCE-vibration trough. Completing the programme is SKAKO Vibration’s lift and tipping system, which can empty all sizes of transport boxes (100kg/box – 2,000kg/box) into the feeders.

SKAKO Vibration also offers the semi-automatic packaging machine to weigh, pack and fill different kinds of carton boxes and plastic or steel boxes (KLTs).

The system is easy to operate and reprogram and it has a compact, single floor design. The machine has an open construction, which makes the process both accessible and easily monitored. The whole system is controlled by a Siemens PLC. This flexible system can be configured in different sizes and can also be supplied with a lift and tip unit for easy loading. The lift tipper can be configured to customers’ specific containers.
