New Carlo Salvi logo unveiled in Tokyo 19 October 2017

The Japanese capital recently hosted MF-Tokyo 2017, which presented the opportunity for Carlo Salvi SpA, and other Italian companies, to participate at one of the biggest experiences in the world of metallurgy.

From 12th – 15th July the combined Hatebur and Carlo Salvi booth was an important stage to open the door to the Japanese market and to launch a new corporate design, denoting the union of the two companies. The fair provided the opportunity to exhibit live the header model 246 E (2 die – 4 blow), produced by Carlo Salvi, and to present by video, because of its large-scale, the new 7 station Coldmatic by Hatebur.

It is now more than a year since the Swiss Group acquired Carlo Salvi – a joining of forces that represents for both companies a great potential to achieve leadership in national and international markets. “The mission is to combine skills, powers and invention gathered during many years of experience. Join together to deal with the future challenges in a better way and be ever stronger,” is the objective underpinning the new motto “our performance, your advantage”.

To formalise the acquisition the two logos have been renewed since the beginning of July. The website, which is now in common for both companies, may still be reached at www.carlosalvi.com

At MF-Tokyo, the companies also organised the first ‘Asia Representative Day’ with the Hatebur and Carlo Salvi representatives for the Asian markets from Korea, Thailand, China and Taiwan. Several journalists from important Japanese media titles also attended the meeting.

With more than 200 visitors at the booth, says Carlo Salvi, the experience can be considered the first step to successfully achieve many purposes, now even more ambitious, and which can be reached only by joining forces.
