CCT state of the art sorting machines 16 December 2021

As a result of new market demands for more accuracy and higher quality, Chun Chan Tech Co Ltd (CCT) has developed a new innovative system for inspection and sorting verification by rotating the parts by 360 degrees.

Traditional sorting machines focus on dimensional criteria from a single view, which is a fast way but has the risk of not detecting defects in blind spots or partial or small defects. The new developed mechanisms and techniques from CCT can enhance inspection efficiency and meet stricter requirements of customers.

The CCT machine allows operators to check new parameters such as all the dimensions of the part – recording all sizes during 360ΒΊ to select all min/max tolerances and any bended parts. The machine also records all data during the inspection process to sort maximum allowed measurements; as well as any line cracks, damaged threads or partial defects. Thanks to its ability to check materials from 360 degrees, the CCT machine can take hundreds of images and connect with each image to detect any tiny defects on the material.

Other factors that can be checked include cracks or hardness by Eddy Current, punch hole depths and nut thread inspection – with go/no go gauges. CCT is also able to adapt systems or design customer specific solutions for a wide range of applications.

Founded in 2004, CCT is a leading Taiwanese manufacturer of sorting machines for fasteners, bolts, nuts and any special parts. The company continuously develops innovative solutions by integrating modern technology – especially the self-developed optimised software, which CCT points out is well known within the market for its easy and simple use.

Fastmatec is the European Agent for CCT and many leading companies are among its clients. The after sales service provided by CCT and Fastmatec responds to the basic needs of the customers who have constantly new challenging inspection requirements. Furthermore, CCT has also developed intelligent robotised warehouse stocking systems.
