Angor-Intools is partnering up with Italian-based Dimac Srl and exhibiting at the upcoming Fastener Fair USA – displaying their very latest technologies and products. Experts will also be on hand to discuss how both companies can participate in cost reduction within supply chains, and how they can offer new, alternative, cost-effective solutions.

Here Andrew Dreger, owner of Angor-Intools, and Massimo Agrati, general director at Dimac, discuss their plans for Fastener Fair USA, which will take place in Cleveland, Ohio, from 11th – 12th April 2018.

Both companies are dedicated to developing alternative solutions and promoting innovation in the fastener industry.

What is your forecast for Fastener Fair USA?

Andrew Dreger: “Fastener Fair USA in Cleveland is a truly global supplier sourcing opportunity and gives us the chance to build business with the key international players of the fastener industry supply chain, especially in an essential market for our segment such as the United States.”

What can visitors expect to find at the Angor-Intools and Dimac stand?

Andrew Dreger: “As always it is an opportunity to come together and experience the latest developments in inspection and sorting. We will present our material handling equipment, belt conveyors, and automatic packing solutions developed in cooperation with Dimac, such as AVBC-BOX and L-BOX.”

Massimo Agrati: “At Fastener Fair USA we will focus on the latest software upgrades we have introduced at Dimac, which are available for a variety of applications. For instance, the new MCVx program offers very accurate optical measurement; the MCVx Remote offers remote inspection and sorting management; and the Volume Plus is an advanced predictive forming control tool.”

What other highlights will you focus on at Fastener Fair USA?

Massimo Agrati: “We will present the restyled and modernised releases of MCV1 and MCV5 at the Cleveland show. MCV1 is a high productivity index and continuous rotary table machine that marked a turning point on quality control over 20 years ago. It is renowned for its efficiency and high technology when inspecting a wide spectrum of cold forged and turned parts, using high resolution optics and advanced NDT device – guaranteeing to obtain all the indicators to approach 100% OK parts.

We are working to clothe it newly, increasing its performances and facilities. The MCV5 glass rotary table model is following the same footsteps. The MCV5 is probably the most efficient machine we produce – with great performances, including the ultimate high-speed eddy current heat treatment detection station.”
