DocuWare Corporation has launched the third generation of its mobile app, DocuWare Mobile, which it says makes working remotely for users easier and more comfortable.
A global specialist of document management software solutions, DocuWare explains that the new dashboard for DocuWare Mobile clearly shows all relevant workflow tasks and enables users to directly access and edit documents on their smartphones. The app is the same on all platforms – including iOS, Android or Windows – so that all users have access to the same features through the same interface.
Benefits of using DocuWare Mobile include being able to search in a central document pool, as well as the storing of digital/scanned documents out of any application. Users can also add stamps to a document, for example to approve an invoice for payment. Complementary tasks can also be carried out.DocuWare Mobile replaces all mobile versions of the DMS and will be available for download from March.
