Thread rolling dies on display in Italy 28 September 2016

HEROSLAM S.A.L will present its full range of thread rolling tools, including flat, cylindrical and planetary dies, as well as its special range of thread rolling dies for specific threading applications, at this year’s Fastener Fair Italy.

On display will be coated thread rolling dies for rolling heat treated parts, special flat and cylindrical thread rolling dies for aerospace fasteners and planetary thread rolling dies for the production of nails and wood screws. HEROSLAM will also be displaying its custom made knurling and grooving dies and its special thread rolling dies for the production of rail fasteners.
Another product on display will be the new generation of GOGOR (GG) coating, which has been developed and made in-house. HEROSLAM reports that the GG coating increases tool life of an average of at least 30%, reducing machine preparations and changes, and minimising machine down time, which entails a significant reduction in manufacturing costs. With this GG coating, HEROSLAM says it is able to produce tools that provide the best ratio of quality, service life and price on the market.
“As part of our international expansion strategy, during the exhibition, we will also welcome enquiries from international tooling distributors and reps interested in representing HEROSLAM products in their countries,” points out the company.
